We are seeking an Event Planner/Executive Assistant for a 6 month contract.
This is an onsite position in Mooresville, NC.
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Requirements:
- Scheduling, booking flights and hotels, running live events, accuracy is important, need to make sure bus is there to pick up from flight, ability to multitask, draw an outline and stick to the plan.
- Completing operational tasks to include scheduling, event setup, record keeping, basic communications, and data entry.
Experience Required:
- Live events experience.
